The Integrated Turnaround Management System (ITAMS) is a comprehensive configuration of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform for use in energy and processing facilities. ITAMS provides an overlooking view to effectively consolidate and track the progress of planned turnarounds of given functional area(s) in a particular facility.
Turnarounds often suffer from challenges which include safe and efficient turnaround cycles, minimal downtime, and complex processes which require several stakeholders at one time. As a core function, ITAMS solves the challenges above by optimising the planning and execution of a planned turnaround, allowing for agile and collaborative management of said turnaround which can reduce unnecessary workloads by up to 30% of costs and timeline savings.
The system provides a timeline for users to input key aspects within the turnaround process that can be tracked and adjusted accordingly, which can be split into four main parts:

This enables users of the system to understand the concurrent progress of the turnaround process, which can vary due to unforeseen circumstances from the company’s or a stakeholder’s side. The system also has readily available applications which allow for viewing of progress for the turnaround to be split into respective segments, including Contract Management, Scheduling, Tasks, and Permits.
